MCP 26.27 re-election
Dear candidate,

If you are reading this, it means that at a moment of uncertainty, you are considering stepping forward and taking responsibility for AIESEC in Russia.

For me, opening this process is not an easy moment. This term matters deeply to me, and so does the future of AiR I had the privilege to lead.

But leadership was never about one person. It is about making sure the organization keeps moving, keeps believing and keeps choosing ambition even when circumstances change.

So as you go through this application, I ask you to be sincere, courageous and intentional. Do not think only about the position you are applying for — think about the people, the responsibility and the future you are ready to stand for.

AIESEC in Russia still has a lot to prove, a lot to build and a lot to become.

Maybe this is your moment to take the next step in that story.
