Dear Presidents and AI team!

I am extremely happy to welcome all of you in my home country - Russia. This is a great opportunity for us to open up Russia for the whole AIESEC World and to show the beauty and power of this country and entity.
Hosting IPM allows us to unite all our resources, engage alumni, government, partners and AIESECers to work on something powerful together and to make sure that organisation can grow sustainably futher.
I believe that AIESEC is the most powerful and pure idea which we need to grow in our country today. As MC 18|19 we really want to make AIESEC loud in Russia, to make it as a most influential organisation for Youth and make as many people as it possible live AIESEC values and become AIESEC leaders.
Russia is one of the richest countries in the world - in terms of its size, diversity, history and culture. And of course the strongest part is our people - Russian soul is something you definitely need to discover. If I tell you a story - you won't believe me, cause it is unbelievable. So live it to believe it!

Russia is home of 186 ethnic groups, the oldest mountains in the world, the Urals,the deepest lake in the world, Lake Baikal. The biggest country in the world and one of the most intriguing, Russia is incredibly diverse and different from what people usually perceive it.

IPM for us is a chance to show the world how truly exciting Russia and Russians can be. Come and see it for yourself because you need to LIVE IT TO BELIEVE IT!
