A lot of people say that their AIESEC experience influenced on the development of their strong personality
Everything is so complicated...
Don't worry, we'll make it clear for you. Let's see how this page can help you to get settled in AIESEC!
The AIESEC way
The AIESEC Way is the guide that explains what is the purpose of our existence but also the unique way of how we are achieving it as an organisation.
In today's context, "Peace" does not mean only avoiding war. Peace can symbolize a world that does not have conflicts that arise from cultural, religious or other aspects of differences in humanity. Peace can also symbolize being in harmony with yourself. AIESEC strives to build a world where people can work towards their own understanding of peace, while respecting and understanding the views of others.

Through "Fulfillment of Humankind's Potential" AIESEC strives for a world where people can be the best version of themselves.

Our how is really simple: through young leadership.
Wow, that's so impressive!
Yes, it is! Do you know that AIESEC is run by young people from 18 to 30?
No way!
That's true! And Russia is the one of the 120+ countries you can find AIESEC. Let's learn more about AIESEC in Russia!
About AIESEC in Russia

100+ participants on Russian Volunteer projects per year
It's russian youth who lived through a challenging experience and opened up Russia for themselves. We are storymarkers who are leading Russian youth

That's all really great, but how actually do we develop the leadership in youth?
Oh, there is a plenty of different ways. Let's see!
What are we doing actually?
We have our Global Volunteer and Global Talent projects, which means that every day we are working both for Russian youth who go to another country and foreigners who come in Russia to make an impact in their development and sustainability in the world.
It's a really unique experience, and you became a part of it! As AIESEC members young people learn how to work in a team, to communicate effictevely, project and team management, get analysis skills, learn strategy planning, but most importantly they meet a lot of great people.
We have our YouLead and BreakPoint forums. Through this products young people in Russia get a chance to know more about their potential, get a lot pf useful acquantances and learn more about AIESEC!
Engagement with AIESEC
We are developing a new product - Engagement with AIESEC!
EwA intiatives in Local Committees and piloting a Global Project - Heading For The Future (H4TF).
Now I understand! So through its activity AIESEC makes an impact in well-being of humanity?
That's right! We strive to contribute in world sustainability, so in 2015 we joined for realisation of 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Sustainable Development Goals
All our Global Volunteers projects are related to 17 SDG. For AIESEC as a global organisation it's really impottant to impact in its realisation.
In September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed on 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. If these Goals are completed, it would mean an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030. The Sustainable Development Goals are frequently referred to as the Global Goals for Sustainable Development, just the Global Goals or Agenda 2030. The uniqueness of the Goals is that everyone can find a Goal to support and advocate for as they touch upon every aspect of the life of an individual.
